2. Eligibility. You’re 18+ and using the Service for a business.
3. Accounts. You must provide accurate info and keep credentials secure.
4. Free & Paid Plans. Free includes full features up to 500 subscribers. Paid plans increase subscriber caps. Pricing is on /pricing and may change. Discounts are time-limited and non-stackable.
5. Unlimited Connections. You may connect unlimited professional IG/FB accounts; your subscriber cap is shared across them.
6. Acceptable Use. You’ll comply with Meta platform policies, anti-spam rules, and applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM/CTA, GDPR/UK-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA). No illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity.
7. Data & Permissions. Connecting IG/FB grants us access to data necessary to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Integrations. Third-party integrations are your choice and subject to their terms.
9. Setup & Availability. New accounts are manually provisioned (typically 24–48 hours). We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Support. Email/chat support; response times vary by plan. Concierge services are optional paid add-ons.
11. Beta/Changes. We may add, change, or discontinue features; we’ll give reasonable notice for material changes.
12. Termination. You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk to the platform.
13. Disclaimers. Service is provided “as-is”.
14. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 on Free).
15. Indemnity. You’ll indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use.
